vacations

Hello class, today I want to talk about my journey of this summers, the exotic carnaval of Rio de Janeiro. This is the most famous cultural party in Brazil that comes on the first days of febrery.

I would go  with my girlfriend and my graffitis fellows which always accompany me all sorts of adventures and in all of our travels we paint murals doing partys and go diving. I think that Rio de janeiro is perfect place for do all these thing cause there is a very cultural city a lot of tourism and have very beatiful beaches in the city and in the  surrounding area

I want to do this journey because a friend lives there since 2013. He start a hostel in Copacabana, very close to the beach. In this party all the city celebrates the different bands that plays sambas, batucadas and parades of the typical cultural gangs of Brazil.

On this trip I would like to learn a lot about Brazilian culture and its different types of dances and rhythms which have always enjoyed it, take lots of pictures of parades and dancing to the samba drums. Bathe on the beach and taking sun. I want to take a lot of caipirinha and guarana juice. taste the best typical food from Brazil and have a great time with my girlfriend and my friends.

Hello class today I going to talk, about my favorite cartoon.

cartoons child very much called my attention, I always liked to draw them to me, in fact I had them through my priumer approach to drawing, I began copying the more I stood out.
 
without a doubt my favorite cartoon was Hey Arnold, I liked the drawing I had, I also liked the place where he live, a city where they spent myriad situations, another thing that I loved and dreamed of having it was his room which had all kinds of electronic items and a window on the roof to see the stars.

 
I remember looking forward to the time the show started, and when he could not watch one suffered much, since you could not see on the internet.

My favorite food

Hello class today I going to talk about my favorite food, I am truly a fan of the food and I always liked to try new dishes, feel different flavors on my palate is something that I find fascinating. Talk about my favorite food is something that is very difficult to me, as there are many types of foods that I love such as Italian, Japanese, Korean and Peruvian, what I like about them is the mixture dressings and strong flavors.

A couple of months ago I tried a dish that really fascinated me, much had not tasted anything so delicious makes this dish is called "Swiss enchiladas" is a mix of Mexican with Swiss food, and consists of three corn pancake filled with chicken meat marinated in a fascinating way covers an exquisite cheese and this is an incredible green pepper sauce with a touch of spice, onion and jalapeños. All this mixture of exquisite ingredients more perfect preparation shape this great saucer "Swiss Enchiladas"

If you ever have the opportunity to go to a restore that prepare or know someone who knows what to recommend you try it out anyway.

My best concert

The best concert I've ever been was to see Ruben Blades at Caupolican theatre in may of 2014. It was an incredible show, and as Ruben Blades is a salsa singer he had a really big band with many artists such as percussionists, trumpeters and showgirls. He played about two hours and put all his art in all the songs he played, make in it really amazing. I went to the concert with one of my best friends Leonardo and had a lot of fun dancing and singing while we have some beers.
Ruben Blades was born in Panama but he live most of his life in the United States. Despite being a incredible and loved musician he turned mostly into politics, because he believes there he can make a change for better in his country.
This concert was a very important show in he's career because it was he's last show before  he changed his profession.

Today I goin to talk about one of mi dreamed of places of the world, I hope to visit one day . This place is amazing but same times will be gloomy. This place is Detroit I would like to someday visit this incrible places.

Detroit was one of the cities whit greater economy power of United States because it had mani of the most importat industriz of cars like a Ford. This city is the largest of Michigan state, this place have a increible contructions whit great architecture. Detroit was build in the coats of detroit lage in the northest of United State.

This place suffered a huge crisis in 2013 because the automotive industry moved to China, and all the city is abandoned and in ruins, many people whit a lot of money was abandoned leaving your big mansions

Hello class

Today I’m going to talk you about how important is for my experience to write on mi blog this semester. At the beginning of this semester I did not find very interesting writing in English, because I had never practice at least this way, I had never had a blog that has to be updated every week. As the weeks went by, I was taking more and more confident. I think that using this method to learn English is pretty fine because it’s very didactic: as I go with my classmates, I'm looking at the post of them every week, and I know every day more. Another thing that I think is important is to discuss my opinion in different post of my colleagues.

For me, the purpose of learns English is very useful but also very difficult, because since I go to school, I was never the best student in class. For this reason I believe that writing and speaking in English has always given me some embarrassment.

I have improved greatly my blog’s weekly writing using the mind, and now I think I can express my ideas whit more smoothly, using the right words and with better spelling.

For the future I would like to be a little more fed back with the comments of my colleagues and also express myself in a more extensive and detailed way.

I hope one day I can express myself correctly in English as I think is very important to travel and see the world

Hello class!!!! 
Im very like the webquest because is out normal activity, I think is more funny than normal classes. Im really interested this activity because it make my dream and travel to London. In this web quest I know a lot of beautiful places of London I did not know, like the London aquarium, the Kew garden and the Tate modern gallery. Whit this activite I made me want to really go to London beacuse have a lot of nice places to visit.

 If you go to London I recommend go to the London Eye, the british museum and the tower onf London because are amazing places, you can not go without visit this increible turistic places .

Hello classmates, today Im going to talk about my dreams vacations! I always dreamed to go to one increible place, with all my favourite friends, and stay one or two weeks. Id like to do one of the things I enjoy the most, which is diving and trekking trhough incredible places deep in the wild.

My dreamed destiny is Belize for many diferent reasons, the diving spots are just some of the best you can find in the world,. The variety of species under the sea are unique and very beautiful, but its not all about the sea, there are also incredible rainforests whit many great animals like the jaguar and diferent types of birds and monkeys.
This land is also territory of the ancient Mayan culture, you can find lots of temples, event some of those right in front of the sea.
All these magical places you can find in this small country right by the caribean ocean, full of great people and delicious sea food.

Hello class, now I will to talk about one of my favorite photographs, that I have taken. I took this photo in 2013 wen I used to live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The place were I took this picture, was in an old factory, abandoned in Palermo neighborhood. This year I was crossing the city looking for interesting places where I can do graffiti, and then take a nice picture of the spot showing not only the graffitti, but also the conection it creates with its surroundings.

I really like this picture because it has an amaizing glowing effect all around the graffiti piece and it makes it stand out of the wall. To create this effect you have to put the camera on a tripod very near to the floor and shoot with a very long exposure time and at the same time you have to draw with a flashlight pointing it to the camera.

The posibilities whit this effect are infinite so go home, grab your camera and blow your mind playing and experimenting with light and photography.

Today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite websites, related about artistic topics, and his name is http://ilovegraffiti.de/. This page is amazing and i really love it because you can see information and pictures about graffiti, muralism, and all about street art around the world. The best thing of this website is that updating everyday and always are new interesting things to see.

In this site you can see a lot of pictures and videos of different artists around the world, and sometimes the exposed material is unpublished because some street artists prefer to keep in the anonymity also the most part of his work is do it in private space consequently is ilegal. This site not jonly shows ilegal action, also you can find incredible records about different cultures and muralism proyects on different countries, interested interviews and news related with the motion.

The internet is very important to my life, I do everything on internet. Some years ago I used to others things I use to download music and pictures of interesting thing and artistics referents to my work. The only problem of download files is the large space used on my computer. For these reason I started to use youtube to lisen music and watchin videos online and use pinterest to save and catalog all my pictures and my artistic referents.

I use youtube every day because I really like to listen to music all the time and you can serch diferent playlist of the kind of music you prefer. I use pinterest a few times on week, I use when I find and interesting artist or beatiful pictures. Both web sites really change my lifestyle, now I don't need to use my computer capacity.

Today I’m going to show you a increíble hiper-realistic sculptor, his name is Ron Mueck, and his work is amazing.

Ron Mueck was born in 1958 in Australia, but he lives in Ingland.

At 70’s he was work in a production of special effects for the tv and films, afther that, he moved to Los Angeles, and then to London. In London he worked making “animatronics” fot the publicity industry, the “animatronics” had a lot of details but only for 1 angle, because his works were made to be photographed then, he began to interest for make sculptures, whit details from every angles.

The sculptures of muek are hiper-realistic he makes the human body whit all the details, but he plays whit scales, something the real size, but when he makes bodys too big, is amazing but spooky!

In his sculpture he used silicone and an acrilic because these materials are more manageable, and he use real hair.

On of the most impressive sculpture is the reproduction of his father body, he made his dead father and he used his hair, he called this work “Dead dad”.

Hello Im Felipe Monroy Im 23 years old, i was born in 1991 in Santiago Chile, I have 2 brothers and 1 sister, I grew up all most part of my life in Providencia near Plaza Italia, I was live whit my mother and my sister. I try to do all my things near to my home because I hate the public transport, because is very expensive and slow in point hours. Wen I was a child I don't like where I live, because I was think is very noisy crowded place, but when I go to school  near to my home, I was start to like my neighborhood very much because I meet a amazing neighbors on there.

 I like to go everywhere in bicycle because is chip and faster, I try to spend all my free times making artistic thinks like doing silkscreen, ceramics, painting and photography.

Hi classmates

Today I going to write about my expectation for this semester. This is my last semester of my career so I need to approve all my subjects, I only have six subjects, three of these are theoretical and the others are practical, I prefer practical subjects because in my opinion I think we are most useful to the real life out of the university. My central workshop are ceramics, when I come to the faculty I try to spend all my time in there. Out of the faculty I started a new project whit my girlfriend we are working in silkscreen printing making t shirts and crockery, this project is very interested because we cant print over you every wont.

In this moment I don't doing nothing apart the University and my personal projects because both things spend all my time. I will think this is a intense period because i need to comply in the faculty and in my work.

My favorite piece of technology is my notebook, I but it a few years ago when my mom traveled to the United States. I paid very little for it because in this cuntry old the electronics things are cheaper than here. I use my computer every day araund three hours becaus I need it for my work. I use it to do graphics desing and allways to lisen to music, view interesting web sites and movies. I like my PC because it has good components and it is moderately fast. I don't imagine my life without it, because I wouldn't earn money to pay my rent.
